Product & UX Strategies

These selected case studies represent my leadership of complex design initiatives within my current role at the AI & Data Service Line at Deloitte. My work focuses on transforming dense technical requirements into intuitive enterprise tools by orchestrating the end-to-end design lifecycle—from Human-Centered Research (HCD) and Information Architecture (IA) to high-fidelity UX/UI and Data Visualization.

The following projects highlight my ability to solve systemic challenges for a diverse portfolio, including major financial institutions such as RBC, Scotiabank, TD, BMO, Invesco, global non-profits such as The World Bank, UNICEF, WHO, and various government agencies. Whether designing for predictive analytics platforms, CRM, Learning Management System builds, or enterprise reporting roadmaps, I apply a rigorous User-Centered Design (UCD) approach to ensure that sophisticated technology remains accessible, trustworthy, and aligned with organizational growth.
