About me
I am a passionate design leader dedicated to transforming complex challenges into clear, meaningful outcomes. My perspective is shaped by a journey that bridges the gap between meticulous craft and high-level strategy.
I'm a product and digital design leader with 15+ years of experience delivering hands-on design work and building teams inside complex, large-scale organizations.
My career started in design agencies, where I spent seven years building complex editorial, typographic, and brand systems from the ground up, for B2B magazines, annual reports, and global brand clients. That foundation in craft and systems thinking is what drives the quality bar I hold for every team I lead today.
For the past decade, I've led product design at Deloitte Canada's AI & Data practice, a team I built from scratch. My work is hands-on and delivery-focused: taking products from early user research through to final UI, working closely across product, technology, and business teams. The organizations I've designed for include Canada's major financial institutions, Federal and Provincial government agencies, and global organizations — environments where design decisions carry real weight.
Outside of work, you'll find me in Toronto's parks in a one-sided negotiation with the local squirrels and raccoons, or in the kitchen mastering a new recipe from my travels.
